Fulfillment Time
- We normally ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Information:
- Final delivery time will vary based on location.
- Standard Deliveries take 3-5 Days in India.
- However, there might be delays due to extraneous factors. Kidroots shall not be responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, state affairs or clearance issues. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
Shipping Charges
- We charge Rs. 100 for COD orders. (Non Refundable if shipped)
- Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders within India.
How do I make Payments ?
- Prepaid – You can make secure online payments using your debit cards, credit cards, Net banking, Wallets or UPI.
- Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.
- Cash on delivery (COD) – Available for domestic Indian Orders at an additional cost of Rs 100. (Non Refundable)
Do you Have Express Delivery?
We offer express, 1-2 business day delivery for selected pincodes at an additional price of Rs 350.
- Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched on the same day and the transit time is calculated based on that.
- Orders placed after 2 PM, are dispatched on the next business day.
- Business days do not include Sundays, Indian National holidays, and major festivals.

Tracking your Order
An email and WhatsApp is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by logging in on our website.
Modification in Orders
Yes, modification wrt to shipping address and content is possible before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, no changes can be made to the address or the order contents.

Outlier Locations
- Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. Few Pin codes might not have COD service or prepaid delivery possibility.
- In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find and work out an alternative solution (if possible) to make your products reach you.
